Central Pattana Develops New Mixed-Use Model, Announces Investment in Central Nakhon Sawan and Central Nakhon Pathom Totaling 14 Billion Baht, Opening Q1-Q2/2024
Central Pattana is expanding its 5-year business plan by developing a new mixed-use model to enhance quality of life, announcing an investment of 14 billion baht in "Central Nakhon Sawan" and "Central Nakhon Pathom," set to open in Q1-Q2/2024, aiming to create potential cities and help partners grow nationwide.
Central Pattana Public Company Limited, the leading sustainable real estate developer in Thailand and developer of Central shopping centers, residential properties, office buildings, and hotels across the country, reaffirms its leadership in Retail-Led Mixed-Use Development. As part of its 5-year business plan (2022-2026), it has announced new mixed-use projects: Central Nakhon Sawan opening in Q1/2024 and Central Nakhon Pathom opening in Q2/2024, with a total investment of 14 billion baht. These projects aim to create new landmarks in the city center, enhancing the economic and tourism potential of the provinces and improving the quality of life for residents.
